By accessing or using the Quantum Funded Traders platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Quantum Funded Traders provides simulated trading challenge evaluations. Upon successfully passing a challenge, you may receive access to a funded trading account. All trades are executed on simulated or paper trading environments. Quantum Funded Traders does not provide investment advice or act as a broker.
Each challenge has specific rules including profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits, and trading day requirements. Breaching any rule results in immediate termination of the challenge. Rules are displayed before purchase and on your dashboard.
Challenge fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the challenge account is activated. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
Funded traders may request payouts from their dashboard. Payouts are processed to the UPI ID provided within 24-48 business hours after admin approval. Quantum Funded Traders reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Quantum Funded Traders reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion if terms are violated, including but not limited to: using automated trading bots, exploiting system bugs, or providing false information.
Quantum Funded Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific challenge in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
